For generations we have been committed to the engineering and metalworking sector - our history actually roots back to 1914, when the Gualco family began to gain its first historical experiences in Piedmont in the field of engine development at LANCIA in Turin, later consolidating this know-how in 1943 by working in precision manufacturing within a world-leading company in the rolling bearings industry.
Building on this heritage of skills passed down through the family, the turning point came in 1977 with the entrepreneurial choice to found the company in Erba. The development of the business and its constant technological evolution are the work of Mario Gualco – founder of the workshop - who is entrusted with the company management today.
Continuous investments and the ability to keep pace with technological innovations led us in 2004 to be accredited by the Politecnico di Milano as official suppliers.
Starting from 2014, his children Licia, Werner, and William entered the company and today provide continuity and new impulse to the business.
The Know-how, resulting from experience gained over the years working for a multi-sector clientele and with the use of modern technologies and a technical staff, allows us to satisfy all needs related to precision mechanics, guaranteeing maximum availability and customer satisfaction.
This same heritage of technical skills has allowed us to develop internally NovaFoam, an innovative ecological technology for the production of synthetic wood from recycled expanded polystyrene without water consumption.
